World Dog Show 2002

 

We went to Amsterdam during July 2002 to compete at the World Dog Show. We got the shuttle through the tunnel and then had a long and relatively uneventful drive up from Calais to Amsterdam. We spent the night at a hotel out near the airport where we had to collect Chevere. As you may have read elsewhere on this site he was still living with Begoñia in Bilbao. The next day we went out to the exhibition centre and struggled up to the ring. It was great to see 72 Havanese including our friends from Mucho Bravo with Willy, Sarah's grandfather.

We competed in Puppy Dog with Chevere (1st), Intermediate Bitch with Chiqui (1st) and in Champion Bitch (4th).
